Easydur Testing Equipment
EASYDUR specializes in optical measuring systems for installation on spring machinery. Easydur spring gages provide the ideal solution for spring measurements including length and diameter. These vision spring gages are capable of measuring and correcting spring free length with of absolute measurement from coil to coil. Based on preset tolerances, spring can be accepted, rejected, or sorted, with automatic correction feedback to the machine. Correction is available for CNC feedback to the machine or using motorized adjustment. Output and control reports are available including statistical analysis.
