Dimensional Measurement Software

Dimensional measurement software allows the technician to capture any dimensional parameter of a spring and to transfer it automatically by a USB connection to a CT-Series Tester. The dimensional data is then stored together with the load data, spring specifications, and customer information at a single source. The DMS Windows based software links directly to customized reports, design modules, R+R software packages and SPC analysis. This enhances the reporting, charting and SPC analysis of the spring manufacture process.
