Automatic Spring Tester Feeding
This process feeds compression springs automatically from a hopper or a vibrator bowl to a turntable. Rate of feed is in excess of 5000 springs per hour. The turntable rotates the springs past the various process stations ie: setting, testing and sorting.

Automatic Setting
Automatic setting is performed to a predetermined height by pneumatic pistons at either a single station or multiple stations on the turntable. This enables springs to be set any specified number of times without slowing the automated feed rate.

Automatic Spring Tester
The appropriate CT series spring tester performs compression spring testing automatically to any number of test heights. Results are recorded for reporting purposes and are relayed to the turntables sorter for sorting purposes.

Automatic Sorting Spring Tester Results
Depending on the result of the compression spring test, the springs will be automatically sorted. An example of the sorting options includes: Below Tolerance, In Tolerance and Above Tolerance.
