Two
New Spring Coiler Models |
| |
HTC has
added two new spring coiler models to its already
extensive product line. New for 2003 is the
HTC 10CF four-axis, camless CNC spring coiler
for wire diameters up to 1.0 mm (0.04").
According to HTC, this fast and dependable
machine brings the flexibility of the four-axis
machine down to the finer wire sizes. Also,
HTC has introduced the HTC 28CF four-axis,
camless CNC spring coiler, which provides the
same high speed and accuracy for wire sizes
up to 2.8 mm (0.110"). The extensive selection
now offered by HTS ensures the best fit for
the spring maker.
HTC machine
features include rotating cutter and OD control,
dual coiling points, and torsion attachments.
Three HTC two-axis models are the HTC8CS with
a wire range of 0.12 to 0.8 mm (0.0047" to
0.031"); HTC 16CS for 0.4 to 1.6 mm (0.016" to
0.063") wire; and HTC 40CS for 1.8 to
4.0 mm (0.071" to 0.157") wire. Four-axis
models include the HTC10CF for 0.2 to 1.0 mm
(0.015" to 0.04") wire; HTC 16CF
for 0.4 to 1.6 mm (0.016" to 0.063")
wire; HTC28CF for 0.8 to 2.9 mm (0.031" to
0.110") wire; HTC45CF for 1.8 to 4.5 mm
(0.070" to 0.177") wire; and HTC60CF
for 2.2 to 6.0 mm (0.086" to 0.236")
wire. All machines will interface with the
gage of the user's choice. HTC spring machinery
